Control Measure: Nurse vehicle to slip road if possible OR get vehicle to hard shoulder / inside of motorway Driver and/or group leaders to manage evacuation behind crash barriers and away from vehicle Group leaders to take a head count Use hazard lights and warning triangle Check location and use mobile phone to call for assistance
